The organizers of the third annual Brewers Plate have released the chef and brewery pairings for this years event; however, the menu has yet to be finalized. It will be posted here once available.Black Oak - Brook Kavanagh – La Palette

Great Lakes - Michael Steh – reds bistro & wine bar
Mill Street - Mark Cutrara – Cowbell Restaurant
Steam Whistle - Marc Breton – The Gladstone Hotel
Waupoos Cider - Jamie Kennedy - Jamie Kennedy Kitchens
Wellington - Marc Breton – The Gladstone Hotel
And there will be some new breweries participating in the Brewers Plate this year: Beau's All Natural Brewing Co, Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery, Heritage Brewing and Scotch Irish Brewing and Nickel Brook Beers.
The Brewer’s Plate will be held on Wednesday May 26th 2010.
