The winter issue of TAPS The Beer Magazine profiled Mike Lackey (old Meet the Brewer link...), a brewer with the Great Lakes Brewery in Etobicoke, ON., as part of the regular "Down The Hatch" column.
One part of Down The Hatch is a short video of the brewer profiled, which TAPS posts on their YouTube page and website. Here is the video with Lackey, who discussing his past with Great Lakes, Project X, his experimental beers, the pilot system, where he gets his inspiration, the worst beer he's brewed and winning back to back gold medals at the Canadian Brewing Awards for his Crazy Canuck Pale Ale.
